Cancellation Policy
If any appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, appointment costs will be incurred as follows.
48 hours notice or more - no fee
48-24 hours notice - 25% of treatment time booked
24-8 hours notice - 50% of treatment time booked
8 hours or less notice - 100% of treatment time booked
Deposits may also be taken for appointments lasting longer than 90 minutes.
